Microsoft's latest release from its Live Labs, Thumbtack, aims at some of the same bookmarking territory covered by Delicious, Google Bookmarks, and other store-and-check-later services.
Windows only: Internet Explorer add-on Favorites Search is a small, handy button for your toolbar that adds a pop-out pane to quickly search your bookmarks.

Make sure you're running the latest build (choose About Google Chrome and hit the update button), and then you can hit Ctrl+Shift+B to launch the new Bookmark manager, which isn't as fleshed-out as Firefox 3's but is a huge improvement over the older version.

The Smart Productivity weblog posts a simple Firefox shortcut: You can quickly copy any group of bookmarks to your clipboard—from a bookmark folder to every single bookmark you've made—by right-clicking your folder of choice and selecting Copy. Want to copy every bookmark to you clipboard for a quick backup? Do the same thing on the Organize Bookmarks entry. When you paste your bookmarks, each URL is organized by folder name.
Windows only: Stupid Chrome Tasks shouldn't be a necessary app for Chrome users. If you want to pull your bookmarks out of the browser without any SQL tinkering, though, the free app is a serious time saver.
